As a group of 3 we created a concept, client and design for a mixed use building in National City, California. We went out of our comfort zone and decided to do an art deco/contemporary building with a combination of residential accommodation and commercial/communal fun. I have included my group members renderings and other work to provide for a better understanding of the overall concept of the project. Credit is given in the label of each photo included.
